Issue body

Add `snapcraft history` and `snapcraft status` subcommands following discussed specs. New related SCA APIs have already been deployed and tested on staging. `snapcraft history` lists all channels that each revision of a snap was ever released to, and * denotes that it is the current revision in that channel. The user must be a contributor to the snap. `snapcraft status` shows the channel map *by architecture* of a snap. The user must be a contributor to the snap.
