Issue body
In the past weeks we started adding more autopkgtests archs and distros. This slowed us down a lot, and we couldn't land as many PRs as we could before.
The tests are pretty important as they will prevent regressions, but we don't have to run them on every PR. Running them once per day, and making sure that they are all green before we make a cut for the release is more than enough.
