Current evaluation

Closed without a Snapcraft fix; the maintainer said the stale URL came from the store and redirected the report to forum.snapcraft.io.

Resolution: closed stale

Reason: No resolving PR or commit was linked. Maintainer @~sergiusens confirmed the message originated in the store and asked the reporter to continue on forum.snapcraft.io if the URL was still broken.

Issue body

I was trying to push a snap to the store today with snapcraft 2.29 and got the following error: Error while processing... The store was unable to accept this snap.   - Waiting for previous upload(s) to complete their review process. If you want to prioritize this last one, go to the other upload(s) page in https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com and click on the 'Reject and remove from review queue' button. This message was confusing because it looks like the URL I *should have* wanted to hit was:     https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/dev/snaps/
