Support for looking in build-aux/snap
Metadata
Current evaluation
Implemented and shipped: snapcore/snapcraft#2496 (commit 4c92c1b89) added build-aux/snap as an alternative location for snapcraft.yaml and assets; LP bug auto-closed by lpqabot after stable revision r18938.
Resolution: closed resolved
Reason: Merged PR snapcore/snapcraft#2496 (commit 4c92c1b89) implemented support for build-aux/snap after the Malta discussion; lpqabot commented "Fixed in stable r18938" and the bug was closed. Current snapcraft code still ships this (yaml_utils.py project_file=Path("build-aux/snap/snapcraft.yaml"), package.py searches "snap" and "build-aux/snap"), with follow-ups #2551 (local plugins from build-aux) and #4662.
