Current evaluation

A non-clean rebuild reportedly crashes while organize moves a stale directory into itself. No reproducer or maintainer triage exists; current craft-parts has a self-organization guard.

Suggested action: needs triage

Reason: The issue has no labels, assignee, or maintainer response; all three comments are from the reporter, whose only diagnosis was a guess that the install tree was not cleaned. Reproduction steps are explicitly undetermined and the organize mapping is absent from the supplied body. Current craft-parts code skips a directory when destination and source are the same, but no specific historical fix can be conclusively mapped to this 2018 report.

Issue body

Bug reproducible steps undetermined, but it occurs after a few snap builds and I modify the snap/local/utilities/parts-nano-override-pull.bash script and start a non-clean rebuild. Crash signature: ``` shutil.Error: Cannot move a directory '/home/ubuntu/nano-snap/parts/utilities/install/assets' into itself '/home/ubuntu/nano-snap/parts/utilities/install/assets/utilities/'. ``` The full snap tree at the moment is attached, also the stack trace file.
