Current evaluation

Snapcraft core20 builds were disrupted by Multipass cloud-image download failures; Launchpad closed the report without documenting a fix, resolving PR, commit, or follow-up.

Resolution: closed stale

Reason: Launchpad records show bug #1975468 was closed without a resolving PR, commit, or maintainer explanation. Discussion ended in May 2022 after several users reported the same failure.

Issue body

Multipass is giving following error: 2022-05-23T10:47:42+02:00 multipassd[172386]: Cannot retrieve headers for https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/buildd/daily/jammy/current/jammy-server-cloudimg-amd64-disk.img: Error transferring https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/buildd/daily/jammy/current/jammy-server-cloudimg-amd64-disk.img - server replied: Forbidden 2022-05-23T10:47:42+02:00 multipassd[172386]: Could not update manifest: failed to download from 'https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/buildd/daily/jammy/current/jammy-server-cloudimg-amd64-disk.img': Error transferring https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/buildd/daily/jammy/current/jammy-server-cloudimg-amd64-disk.img - server replied: Forbidden Problam A: At that location, there is no "current" folder/symlink Problem B: I'm building using core20, why is multipass trying to download a cloudimg based on 22.04?
