Snapcraft already tracks shared libraries that don't exist in the snap, and the packages those packages could come from.
It would be nice to have a shorthand similar to `${shlibs:Depends}` available so that Snapcraft applies the knowledge by staging the packages it knows are missing.
Otherwise it's a chore to update all the dependencies whose SONAME changed.
