Hello,
I just had a random error in a remote Github build.
Snapcraft 9.0.0 w/ core26 downloaded several stage-packages not declared.
Host: Kernel version: Linux lcy02-amd64-010 6.8.0-117-generic #117-Ubuntu
It worked correctly 4days ago with same configuration.
It worked correctly in same batch for other architectures (arm64 & armhhf)
It worked correctly locally.
It worked correctly for several others Github build done in the same time with quite same structure.
