A follow-up to joc's https://github.com/snapcore/snapcraft/pull/1889
The plainbox library is being merged in to the checkbox
application. This new set of patches removes all plainbox-local parts and plainbox as an application (replaced by checkbox-cli). Tests (static/unit) run ok using https://pypi.python.org/pypi/checkbox-ng/1.0.0
