Current evaluation

PR #3129 (add `daemon-scope` to app schema) was closed unmerged by sergiusens on 2022-10-05 due to inactivity while snapd's user-daemons feature stayed experimental; the field later shipped via passthrough in #3882 (08ebfc1c6).

Resolution: closed stale

Reason: Maintainer sergiusens closed it 'due to inactivity' on 2022-10-05, noting the underlying user-daemons feature was still experimental in snapd and the PR needed constant rebasing. daemon-scope support instead arrived later through #3882 (commit 08ebfc1c6) and the Project model, and the field now exists in schema/snapcraft.json.

Issue body

- [x] Have you followed the [guidelines for contributing](https://github.com/snapcore/snapcraft/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md)? - [x] Have you signed the [CLA](http://www.ubuntu.com/legal/contributors/)? - [x] Have you successfully run `./runtests.sh static`? - [x] Have you successfully run `./runtests.sh tests/unit`? ----- This PR adds support for `daemon-scope` property on apps. This syntax was introduced to snapd in https://github.com/snapcore/snapd/pull/5822, and is currently gated behind the `experimental.user-daemons` feature flag. The `daemon-scope` property only makes sense for daemon type apps, and has a value of either `system` or `user`. It is not an error for a daemon to omit the property: it is assumed to be a system daemon in that case.
