Enable creation of a manifest file using `--enable-manifest` or the `SNAPCRAFT_BUILD_INFO` environment variable. Image information can be populated setting a json snippet using `--manifest-image-information` or the `SNAPCRAFT_IMAGE_INFO` environment variable.
