Docs request to list minimum LXD/Multipass build provider versions in system requirements. Valid and triaged, but maintainer says it can't start until craft-providers documents and exposes those versions to all craft apps.

Reason: Author is a maintainer (labels Status: Triaged, Type: Documentation, Status: Needs information) and I confirmed docs/reference/system-requirements.rst still contains only hardware and platform tables — no build provider versions. mr-cal agreed it is "a great idea" but explicitly blocked it: "craft-providers isn't setup for consumable documentation, so the Snapcraft part of this task isn't ready to be taken on yet," and gcomneno stepped back for the same reason. The gap is real and worth documenting, so it stays open pending the craft-providers side (tracked as CRAFT-4017), though it is currently not implementable.

### What needs to get done - We should store this info in [System requirements](https://github.com/canonical/snapcraft/blob/main/docs/reference/system-requirements.rst). We could add a section that's split by core versions, and when core22 is deprecated we could unify it. - We should also add is as a requirement to the [core22 migration guide](https://snapcraft.io/docs/migrate-core22), while it's still active. ### Why it needs to get done As was [pointed out recently on Discourse](https://forum.snapcraft.io/t/base-snaps/11198/24), we don't supply compatibility information for build providers. Although they act as middleware, users can't build snaps without one. It stands to reason that users ought to know the minimum versions they'll require.
