Plugin to build initial ramdisk for Ubuntu Core
- plugin assumes kernel is built/prepared by the preceding part
- plugin provides supports basic customization of the initrd
- stage firmware
- stage-specific `.ko(s)`
- set automatic `.ko` loading, if supported
- additionally plugin supports building of the efi kernel images (UC22+)
- for efi images, custom keys could be specified
