Remove the following deprecated commands or arguments:
* export-login --experimental-login
* list
* list-registered
* list-confdb-schemas
* list-extensions
* list-keys
* list-plugins
* list-tracks
* list-revisions
* list-validation-sets
* login --experimental-login
* login --with
* push
* snap (core22 and core24+)
These commands still need to recommend the new command, so we can't entirely remove the code but I think we can sequester these commands in a new file `snapcraft/commands/deprecated.py`.
This should include searching the codebase for any deprecated features missing from this list.
### Why it needs to get done
These commands were deprecated in 8.10 via #5428 and will be removed in Snapcraft 9.
edit: Updated the list based on https://github.com/canonical/snapcraft/issues/5711. This list of commands is likely to change again, so re-verify the list when implementing.
