Current evaluation

Kvantum theming was added to the KDE neon 6 extension via lxqt-support-core24 in #5917, with follow-up fixes in #6065 and #6243.

Resolution: closed resolved

Reason: Support landed in commit 70275c88a through PR #5917, adding lxqt-support-core24 and Kvantum support to kde-neon-6 without changing the KDE-owned kf6-core24 snap. Follow-ups a741fff04 (#6065) and 61faae080 (#6243) completed the integration.

Issue body

### What needs to get done You need to add Kvantum to kf6-core24, just like with the QT Breeze and Oxygen styles. I tested Kvantum in a Snap, and I needed to add a layout so it could find the files, and give it permission to read the files in $HOME/.config/Kvantum. If this goes against how Snap handles themes, I suppose Kvantum themes could be like GTK themes, requiring a Snap version of a Kvantum theme for it to be usable in Snap apps. ### Why it needs to get done This is necessary to improve the integration of QT Snap apps with the system theme. An example of a distro that uses Kvantum is Lubuntu, which is an official flavor, but so far it can't use Kvantum in Snap apps.
