Reason: The request was fully implemented: commit 89f77e6f8 'test: add Ruby plugin spread tests (#5976)' landed in the history of tests/spread/core24-suites/plugins/build-and-run-hello/task.yaml, and both the core22 (tests/spread/plugins/craft-parts/build-and-run-hello/task.yaml) and core24 task.yaml files at HEAD now contain 'SNAP/ruby: ruby-hello' plus hello.rb branches in the restore and modified_file logic. PR #5976 is merged (retargeted to hotfix/8.14 where the Ruby plugin was introduced), so no further work remains on the snapcraft side.

This could be added onto - (core22) https://github.com/canonical/snapcraft/blob/main/tests/spread/plugins/craft-parts/build-and-run-hello/task.yaml - (core24) https://github.com/canonical/snapcraft/blob/main/tests/spread/core24-suites/plugins/build-and-run-hello/task.yaml There is an old Hello World ruby snap; it was hardly worth finding as it's so simple: https://github.com/canonical/snapcraft/blob/6.1/tests/spread/plugins/v1/ruby/snaps/ruby-hello/ruby-hello.rb ### The problem it solves To ensure the Ruby plugin works as-expected.
