Issue body

### Check existing issues - [x] I've verified that this request isn't described by any existing issues. ### Request For the following pages: - [how to/select architectures](https://documentation.ubuntu.com/snapcraft/stable/how-to/crafting/select-architectures/) - [reference/architectures](https://documentation.ubuntu.com/snapcraft/stable/reference/architectures/) - [explanation/architectures](https://documentation.ubuntu.com/snapcraft/stable/explanation/architectures/) 1. Remove core20 references 2. Combine reference and explanations into a reference 3. Rename architecture pages to 'platforms' 4. Move [this section](https://documentation.ubuntu.com/snapcraft/stable/explanation/architectures/#architecture-errors) to the how-to ### The problem it solves The reference and explanations don't follow diataxis and information is duplicated between them. Core20 takes up a substantial part of these docs. Now that we're removing it, this is a good time to fix these pages.
