### Request
Add a new key to the project file for `type: snapd`, called `snapd-info` and write it to the `snap.yaml`.
We don't need strict validation on the values within this key, but we should at least enforce the typing/schema. [UC042](https://docs.google.com/document/d/12jkKReLH2UZGYzB0SIK1aqSnLComK9gdP3LUXc-YOJ4/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.a291qhvyhsw3), [SNAPDENG-35855](https://warthogs.atlassian.net/browse/SNAPDENG-35855), and https://github.com/canonical/snapd/pull/17609 have references and examples.
### The problem it solves
The snapd team is adding a mechanism to pin Ubuntu Core installs to the correct LTS tracks of snapd. As there's no way to do this retroactively, they're adding a new `snapd-info` key to `snap.yaml`.
