feat(pack): deprecate packing a directory

Issue body
As described in #4967, `snapcraft pack <directory>` doesn't run the parts lifecycle and can't pack components. This adds a deprecation warning to both the core22 and core24+ `pack` commands, so the argument can be removed in a future major release:

Warning: 'snapcraft pack <directory>' is deprecated and will be removed in a future major release. Use 'snap pack <directory>' instead.
```
The command's help text, which is also used for the command reference, now mentions the deprecation. Packing a directory still works as before.
