The existing snapcraft documentation section related to [progressive release ](https://ubuntu.com/docs/snapcraft/9/how-to/publishing/manage-revisions-and-releases/#deliver-a-progressive-release)does not cover pausing and resuming capability.
Pausing requires intervention from Stores backend / API call by admins and resume action can be done by the snap publisher using the snapcraft CLI tool
To resume:
`snapcraft release ... --progressive nn`
where nn is > %value at pause time.
For example if the progressive release was set to 85%, at the time of resume nn should be 86 or larger.
