Current evaluation

Merged into snapcraft 2.0 via commit d7d550741, adding the `snapcraft enable-ci` command that drives travis-cli to set up Travis CI builds/releases with attenuated per-project store macaroons.

Resolution: closed resolved

Reason: PR #901 was approved and merged as commit d7d550741 ('cli: basic enable-ci implementation'), shipping the initial enable-ci command; it was later extended by #932 (fe7e10826) and eventually removed in #3164 (ccb612e5a).

Issue body

Exploratory work for automating travis CI setup. It's driving "travis-cli" (sudo gem install travis), which could either be replaced by playing travis/GH APIs directly or, perhaps, snapping the ruby app (too crazy ?). It also proposes per-project snapcraft configuration, where macaroons could be properly attenuated and relocated for each project. However, I am not entirely sold on this and the risk of committing credentials, even if they are attenuated. Regarding macaroon attenuation, the Store support attenuation to one (or multiple) channels was recently added.
