The repo's .github/renovate.json5 is now a one-line preset pointing at `github>canonical/starflow:renovate.json5` (adopted in #260, since closed as starbase#235), so the substantive work lives in the shared starflow config and cannot land as a single fix here. keep_open rather than needs_triage because it has clear maintainer ownership and engagement; the age/inactivity (98 days) is not grounds to close.
