## Purpose
Backwards compatibility test for canonical/starbase#625. Not intended to merge.
This branch is off `main` with one extra commit that points the `lint` job at
`canonical/starflow/.github/workflows/lint-python.yaml@work/separate-linkcheck`
instead of `@main`.
That gives only the starflow half of the change:
- starflow runs `code`, `docs`, and `linkcheck` as separate jobs
(canonical/starflow#199)
- starbase has no `docs-linkcheck` target yet, so the `linkcheck` job is
expected to fail with "No rule to make target 'docs-linkcheck'"
## What it tests
Whether starflow's split workflow breaks downstream repos that have not merged
canonical/starbase#625 yet, which determines whether starbase has to land
first.
