Issue body
Two improvements:
1. Clicking anywhere in a the cell with the checkbox will toggle the checkbox.
2. Adds buttons to check/uncheck commits based on their type. This makes it quicker to ignore commits that are irrelevant to an application's release notes. For example, I don't care what `test:` commits were added to craft-parts when writing snapcraft's release notes.
