## Summary
Points the lint job at `canonical/starflow/.github/workflows/lint-python.yaml@work/separate-linkcheck` and makes a minor edit to `docs/README.md` to exercise the documentation linting (`docs`) and link check (`linkcheck`) jobs introduced in canonical/starflow#199.
## Context
In canonical/starflow#199, the Python lint workflow is split into:
- `files`: runs `make -k lint-code` when source files change
- `docs`: runs `make -k docs-lint` when documentation files change
- `linkcheck`: runs `make -k docs-linkcheck` when documentation files change
Prior fleet test PRs only touched `.github/workflows/qa.yaml`, which caused the `docs-files` paths filter to skip `docs` and `linkcheck`. This test PR touches `docs/README.md` to trigger and verify both jobs.
