Issue body
Hey team,
We have a legacy application that currently only prefer ubuntu 20.04. We are transforming it to be containerized with Rock. To build it, we have to include the `--ignore=unmaintained` cli option.
Now we would like to publish it using the action `canonical/craft-actions/rockcraft-pack`. Currently, the action does not support this option. Is it possible to support it? Thanks.
