Issue body
This moves the automatic resetting of craft-parts callbacks from the
local conftest.py to the pytest plugin.
Fixes #873
I've also made a commit for releasing 5.7.1, which brings in the fixes from 5.6.5 as well as
this fix. There is no need to backport this fix as the issue is primarily caused by new features in 5.7.0
