## Summary
Vale's `Canonical.000-US-spellcheck` flags the abbreviation `PRs` in
`docs/explanation/documentation.rst`:
```
explanation/documentation.rst
32:19 error The word 'PRs' seems to be misspelled. Canonical.000-US-spellcheck
```
`docs-lint` runs the Vale spelling check, but on `main` the "Run documentation
linters" CI step is skipped by the paths filter because main commits only ever
touch docs files. Any PR that touches non-docs files enables that step, which
is how this surfaced.
The fix spells the term out ("pull requests"), which also matches the wording
starbase uses for the same sentence.
Pre-existing issue, unrelated to the Starbase sync; split out so the merge
diff stays reviewable.
## Test plan
- [x] `make -C docs spelling` reports 0 errors
- [x] `make docs` builds successfully
