pkg: create craft_providers_docs package
Metadata
Current evaluation
PR #348 by lengau merged (commit 86118c4, CRAFT-1799): added a craft_providers_docs setuptools package mapped to docs/base in pyproject.toml so docs ship as a real package namespace.
Resolution: closed resolved
Reason: The PR itself was merged into main as commit 86118c4 ("pkg: create craft_providers_docs package (#348)"), adding [tool.setuptools] packages = ["craft_providers", "craft_providers_docs"] plus package-dir and package-data entries in pyproject.toml. The change is still present in the current tree.

-----
Sadly with a pyproject.toml we can either use setuptools.find or we can create package namespaces that don't correspond with a directory. This shouldn't be a big issue for us though.
