### Bug Description
When trying to manually clone while using the fetch-service as a proxy using the code from main, I got a failure while `go.module.git` inspector was trying to process the artefact (it was already successfully proceeded by other git inspectors).
### To Reproduce
Run fetch-service, establish session, export `HTTPS_PROXY="http://<session>:<token>@localhost:9988/"`.
Run git clone:
