- [x] Have you signed the [CLA](http://www.ubuntu.com/legal/contributors/)? ----- This PR aims to stop chisel from being unnecessarily installed in the Rockcraft snap. It removes the no longer needed `chisel` part from Rockcraft's snap. This PR can only be merged when https://github.com/canonical/craft-parts/pull/904 is merged.
