Issue body
We can currently define an icon in snapcraft.yaml passing a path to a local file.
I think we should also support remote icons, because this is supported by appstream. The icon would just be downloaded into the meta/gui directory, doesn't sound like a big complication.
We are adding support to extract metadata form appstream files, so once this is implemented, we can easily extract the URL of remote icons from there.
