This commit extends the current list of default plugins with a new plugin, 'ruby'.
* ruby added to plugins
* integration test added for the ruby plugin
* modify expected default output for 'list-plugins' to include 'ruby'
* added ruby-exists snapcraft.yaml for testing if ruby exists
