### What needs to get done The `PackageService` for core24 snaps should support project hooks. The behavior should be the same as core22. The failures can be found by running `spread google:ubuntu-24.04-64:tests/spread/general/hooks/`. See failing logs [here](https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/CjBwVKcwyR/). ### Why it needs to get done To support building core24 snaps with craft-application
