### Check existing issues - [x] I've verified that this request isn't described by any existing issues. ### Request Users with sufficient privileges can pause their progressive releases with a Snap Store API call: ``` surl -a prod-snap -X POST https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/dev/api/snap-release/ -d '{"name": "snapd", "revision": $revision, "channels": ["stable"], "progressive": {"percentage": 85, "paused": true}}' ``` Since this is possible with an API, it would be much more convenient if this were available on the CLI. ### The problem it solves Provide a simple feature through the main interface.
