Reason: The migration is already done in code: a repo-wide grep for the literal `overrides` returns only four hits, and the only library-related ones are pyproject.toml lines 270-271 ("overrides.override", "overrides.overrides") inside `[tool.ruff.lint.pydocstyle] ignore-decorators`, sitting alongside the already-present `typing.override` and `typing_extensions.override`. Lines 117/122 are unrelated `[[tool.mypy.overrides]]` tables, and `dependencies = []` (line 14) confirms no runtime dep needs dropping, so the task is pinpointed to deleting two dead lines plus rewording the 'next four' comment. Impact is negligible (dead lint config in a template project), so the default needs_triage applies: the issue carries no labels, no comments and no assignee. Confidence is limited only by the repo tool backend failing on final verification calls, so docs/requirements.txt could not be re-checked directly.
