### What needs to get done Support Ubuntu 25.10 as a base, but give a warning about using interim bases that links to the documentation about them. https://github.com/canonical/charmcraft/issues/1821 Likewise, support a devel base. ### Why it needs to get done Give people a way to prepare their charms for 26.04
