Organize files from build
Metadata
Current evaluation
Support for copying build-directory files into install partitions landed in #1598 (cc02958b), after #1535 was reverted by #1548 and the feature was re-landed.
Resolution: closed resolved
Reason: PR #1598 was merged as cc02958b, adding (build) as a source-only organize pseudo-partition and copying files without moving the originals. The initial implementation in #1535 was reverted by #1548 before being successfully re-landed.

Issue body
### What needs to get done
Allow organize entries copying files directly from the build directory to a partition's install directory. Files from build can only appear in the left hand side of the organize expression.
Example:
```
organize:
(build)/README: usr/share/docs/libfoo2/
(build)/examples: (packages/libfoo-dev)/usr/share/docs/libfoo-dev/
```
### Why it needs to get done
Installing from build greatly simplifies installation of documentation files in Debcraft.
