Ignore `_version.py` (similar to https://github.com/canonical/craft-application/pull/82).
Hidden and pycache files must to be explicitly excluded once the `exclude` keyword is used. (see the [pyright documentation](https://microsoft.github.io/pyright/#/configuration?id=main-configuration-options))
