Issue body
The user experience isn't great when pushing a large snap for the first time and you forget to register the name first.
For example:
$ snapcraft push foo-1.0.snap --release edge
Uploading foo-1.0.snap [================================] 100% # <- takes a long time
Sorry, try `snapcraft register foo` before pushing again.
The user shouldn't have to wait for the lengthy upload to complete before being told the name needs to be registered. This should be checked first.
