Snapcraft: 2.17
As of 2.17, builds of checkbox-snappy are failing, as the python shebangs are being fixed by the python plugin, but not the plainbox-provider plugin, causing a conflict between the two. Suggested fix is for the plainbox-provider plugin to alter shebangs in the same way to avoid conflicts.
