## Changes
Updated `.github/workflows/qa.yaml` to reference the test branch from https://github.com/canonical/starflow/pull/101:
- `canonical/starflow/.github/workflows/lint-python.yaml@copilot/use-pristine-ubuntu-action`
- `canonical/starflow/.github/workflows/test-python.yaml@copilot/use-pristine-ubuntu-action`
Added header comments linking to the starflow PR for context.
**Note**: Temporary for cross-repo testing. Revert to `@main` after validation.
