Reason: The PR body states it was opened solely to test the update-starbase skill and was deliberately kept open past pre-existing red CI (#403, #404, #407) to exercise the skill end-to-end, then closed unmerged with instructions not to reuse the branch. No merge commit landed from it; the WIP follow-up #405 was likewise abandoned, so any real Starbase sync must be restarted from the skill's current instructions.

**Do not use this PR as a reference for how to perform a Starbase merge**, and
do not reopen or resume work on this branch. It deliberately deviated from
the skill's current procedure in at least one way: it was kept open despite
having pre-existing/unrelated red CI checks (tracked in canonical/imagecraft
issues #403, #404, #407) instead of being closed per the skill's "close and
redo" rule, specifically so the skill's behavior could be validated/tested
end-to-end without losing that validation work partway through.
If you need to perform a real Starbase sync for `canonical/imagecraft`,
start fresh from the `update-starbase` skill's current instructions rather
than reusing this branch or commit history.
