Add ExpressJSFrameworkV2 (targets ubuntu@26.04, inherits ExpressJSFramework) and a ExpressJSFrameworkFactory that dispatch the V1 or V2 extension class depending on the base. Implements ISD283 (internal) for the expressjs-framework extension.
